metbet Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the metbet website at metbet.asia, including all sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and any associated applications.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to an Account by metbet subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player via a supported payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territories" means jurisdictions from which Players are not permitted to register or use the Platform, as determined by metbet in its sole discretion.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means the identity and age verification procedures required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Account.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use the metbet Platform. By creating an Account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. metbet reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any point to verify your age.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account. You must promptly update any information that changes. metbet shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account details.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify metbet immediately at [email protected].

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

metbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following supported payment channels:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported)

metbet does not accept payments in any currency other than BDT. No currency conversion fees are charged by the Platform, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method. metbet reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time, with notice provided via the Platform where practicable.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes on average for mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. metbet reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

3.4 Withdrawal Ownership

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the metbet Account holder. metbet will not transfer funds to a third party under any circumstances. Attempting to withdraw to an account belonging to another person may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

4.1 Bonus Terms Apply

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, seasonal promotions (including those offered during BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions), and loyalty rewards are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to Real Money Funds or withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on the promotional page for each offer. metbet will not honour withdrawal requests on Bonus Funds that have not met the stated wagering requirement.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, or placing opposing bets to hedge bonus wagering — is strictly prohibited. metbet reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse and may permanently close the Account.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused Bonus Funds expire after the period stated in the relevant promotional terms. Once expired, Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance and cannot be reinstated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the metbet Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account Balances:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or complete wagering requirements.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in betting markets. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party, including family members, for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf.
• Communicating with other players to coordinate bet placement in a manner that manipulates game or market outcomes.
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes to reverse legitimate deposits after receiving gameplay or bonus value.
• Engaging in offensive, threatening, or abusive conduct toward metbet support staff or other Platform users.

All content on the metbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software — is the property of metbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of metbet.

7.1 Platform Availability

metbet makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. metbet shall not be liable for any loss resulting from Platform downtime.

7.2 Gambling Losses

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. metbet shall not be liable for any gambling losses you incur through the normal operation of games or betting markets on the Platform. Losses resulting from your own decisions to place bets are your sole responsibility.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including server failure, disconnection, or software malfunction — metbet reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the Player's Account Balance. This is the full extent of metbet's liability in such circumstances.

7.4 Aggregate Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, metbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

metbet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. metbet applies SSL encryption to all data transmissions and does not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

metbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all Account holders, accessible directly from the Account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent closure of your Account if you feel gambling has become problematic. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any pending withdrawal holds. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

10.2 Termination by metbet

metbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where required to do so by law or regulatory guidance, or where it determines that the continued operation of the Account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for breach, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be voided. Real Money Funds deposited in good faith may be returned at metbet's discretion following a review, after deducting any amounts attributable to prohibited activity.

metbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The current version of these Terms will always be available at metbet.asia/terms-conditions.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and metbet arising from or relating to your use of the Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact metbet's support team at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the matter informally. metbet will use reasonable endeavours to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days (BST, UTC+6).

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in Bangladesh. metbet does not make any representations regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction and you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
